Surveys you can join now - FREE!

If you have decided you may be interested in joining a few companies but you was not really interested in joining Survey Scout then read on as I have reviewed a few of my favourite sites which pay out well, which you can join for Free!

If you are from the UK then you can join Ciao Consumer Panel for free. You get regular surveys which pay you cash to complete the surveys, I am currently on £15.07 for the month! You can also write reviews about anything that interests you and make friends with other people in the community section.

Pure Profile

This is another one for those based in the UK, the company sends emails out very regularly and unlike other companies their surveys are very short in which you receive cash for participating. Definitely worth a look.

Pure Profile!

Global Test Market

This is one for everybody and in my opinion is really great, on average I receive about 3 surveys a week from them, the good thing about these is if you don't qualify for a survey you still get points, which can then be turned into cash - I have a cheque for £27/$50 in the post from this at the moment. See them here.

Global Test Market!

Media Transfer

This is also one for everybody, it really is a great market research company, you receive points each time you complete a survey which you can then convert into vouchers. I have just received a £16/$30 Amazon voucher from them and that was from 3 surveys! This company also does product testing, it was with these I got to enjoy two boxes of cereal. Mmmm

Survey Company's - Should You Buy Into It?

Survey Company

If you have been searching the internet looking for ways to make that little bit of extra cash then no doubt you will have come across survey companies. These companies have compiled a list of all the market research companies that work online and set up a database which they sell to folk like you an I.

What People Say

If you have a look around forums people will say to steer clear of companies like this because the information they provide is freely available on the internet. This is true but so is a lot of other information that you will have probably bought. They have listed hundreds of companies together with information like which regions can register (US, UK, Australia etc), the incentives you can receive (cash, vouchers, points) etc. You try getting all that information and see how long it takes you!

What I Say

I personally think joing a survey company is great, I was disappointed at the claims that I would be rolling in the money but I do not regret buying it as I have made money and have enjoyed completing the surveys. The database is clear to understand and they update it whenever a new company comes to light. They also have got some free gifts to give away and tell you about how you can make money in other ways i.e. mystery shopping, advertising on your vehicle.

The Benefits

If you are from the US then you are the lucky ones indeed as the majority of companies that operate require only people based in this country. That is not to say there isn't a lot of companies for the rest of us, I am from the UK and have signed up to over 30 companies which provide me with regualr money. I am about to go to Amazon and buy something for the $30 I just earned!

Try It

As I stated before the information is freely available but if you have better things to do with your time I think this is a great source of information and a must for people who want to start earning straight away. Have a look at the site, go on it won't kill you!

I'll Give You Some Survey Tips and Tricks

Tips and Tricks

I have had to learn from my mistakes as nobody pointed me in the right direction when it came to making money with surveys, take a look below for some pointers that will help you.

Get a new email address

First things first, before you even join any company get yourself a new email address, the reason I tell you to do this is so that you can keep all the surveys you get together and they don't get mixed up with your other emails. I would advise on signing up with Yahoo as some email addresses will immediately put the emails as spam and even worse not let them get through at all.

Database of Companies

Once you have done this sign up to as many companies as you can, this will ensure you get a steady number of surveys coming to you each week. I personally bought a note book and dedicated a page to each company I registered with. This can also be done on a spreadsheet, make sure that you keep this up to date inputting the date you received the survey, what your rewards were etc. This will help you decide if the company is worth staying with.

Completing Surveys

I generally get about 20 surveys a week from all the companies I join, when I started I got survey overload and it bogged me down a bit so I decided to quit all the companies that were not offering point, vouchers or cash. I check my survey email every day and as soon as I get a survey I complete it, this is because they can close once they get the required number of people. The more surveys you complete the more will come to you, which is always a bonus as it will mean more incentives.

Qualifying for Surveys

When you get a survey a lot of them will ask you a few screening questions, if you qualify then you will participate in the full survey, it is always best to tell the truth all though I do sometimes tell little fibs if they ask if I have taken a survey in the last couple of months, I always say no.
I hope these tips have helped you so go on why not start today - you won't regret that you did!

All About Surveys

Hello and welcome to my blog, I have created this to enlighten you on what surveys are all about, what you can expect to earn from them and other such details.

How it started.

I started on my quest to make money on the internet last year after searching for many hours and being tempted and burnt by many scam artists I came across Surveys. I read with amazement that you could make money from taking surveys and the money sounded really great. I knew that companies did want to know the public's opinions on products as I regularly do market research offline.

Joining Survey Scout

I decided to take the plunge and splashed out $37 on Survey Scout in May 2005 (more about that later). I was so excited about my new money making venture, I patted myself on the back several times! The pats soon turned into thuds as I realised that I wouldn't be making the hundreds of dollars that was advertised. I persisted as I had bought it and I'm a real tough cookie who will stick to things until there really is no chance.

Getting Started

I am glad I did as entering surveys is a legitimate way to earn money, true you won't be able to quit the day job, pay your rent or go on holiday every month but if you stick at it you can earn a reasonable amount. A lot of companies give you money for each survey you compete which you can cash out after a certain amount of time, whilst others give you vouchers or enter you into prize draws.

I love doing surveys and I always get a great satisfaction when completing one knowing that my answers may decide if a product gets the go ahead or is set to stay on the shelf. The more surveys you do the more the company will get in touch, meaning more cash and vouchers for you. There's also chances to test products at home, my partner loves it when parcels come through the door and we're testing out sweets, cakes, biscuits etc.

Have a look around

I have gone into more detail about Survey Scout in another post as well as picking out my favourite big payers that you can join for free, if you don't want to pay for Survey Scout.

So to conclude I have to say that I love doing surveys and I have started patting my back again. I have just received a voucher for Amazon for $30 which I am going to spend on a cd or a book or a dvd!

Anyhow, have a look around the site and I hope that I have answered some of your questions.
